Obviously, but a baseline of where you started also gives insight into other medical findings. The transitioning and it's related hormone therapies are also documented elsewhere in the medical records.

The whole thing is pretty funny. Saying Trump sucks Putin's cock isn't a homophobic comment, it's calling Trump a cock sucker. Your reaction to that might be homophobic in nature, but the statement itself is merely an opinion. Saying "Trump sucks Putin's cock, and I hate cocksuckers" could be homophobic, but that's not what he said.

Eh, this is an overly simplistic viewpoint. In order for terms like "cocksucker" to work as an insult, there has to be an assumption that being a cocksucker is somehow a bad thing. Saying it's not homophobic because he didn't specifically call out that he dislikes cocksuckers is like saying "that's gay" isn't homophobic because you didn't specifically state that gay people are bad, or - and this is an extreme example - that calling someone a faggot isn't offensive because you didn't specifically state that you hate faggots.


Now, Colbert definitely wasn't being purposefully homopobic. Language can easily become separate from its origin over time. The term "cocksucker" is at the low end of homophobic remarks, and it's widely-used enough that it could be considered harmless - like how saying you were "gypped" doesn't really have anything to do with gypsies anymore - but let's be realistic about where the term "cocksucker" as an insult to straight men came from. Yeah, you could argue that Colbert only meant that Trump is Putin's bitch and it has nothing to do with homosexuality, but that's a purposefully myopic viewpoint, just as the viewpoint of people clamoring to fire Colbert is myopic as fuck and quite frankly moronic.

Maybe I'm missing something here.
I have a medical history chart.. it's with my family Dr and it follows me wherever I go. Whenever I goto the hospital it's updated with that visit and any Dr I would have seen seems to get added to my file.

Is this just a canadian thing? I realize our neighbor's the the south of us in trumplandia (no insult intended) have a privatized medical system, but do you not have a family Dr that would at least have your entire medical history available to them?

You may be underestimating just how privatized things are here. It probably depends on the provider network an individual is in, but a trip to the hospital may very well go unnoticed by a PCP (Primary Care Physician/"family doctor") unless you tell them about it.

If you go somewhere out of your network, forget about it.
