Per his words (so obviously bullshit), some of the other members were telling the woman to calm down. Theyre clearly all Nazi sympathizers? Or, its a gym and people go to a gym to go gym things, NOT deal with politics.

Not sure how you came to that conclusion as i said businesses can serve whoever they want. Shrekette should have her membership revoked as well for causing a scene on the premises, but similarly to how the gym can revoke Spencers membership, they can overlook the altercation.

Of course, there is the possibility that some of the members may take their business elsewhere if someone who provoked an altercation continues to be there.

Of course, there is the possibility that some of the members may take their business elsewhere if someone who provoked an altercation continues to be there.

There was also the possibility that the people that now realize who that guys is would stop coming to the gym and they'd lose customers because they did not want to be near/associate with him.
