You can actually generalize it further. Lets look at the case of Dylann Roof. He's the white supremacist who shot up a black church (Charleston, SC) in 2015. Both South Carolina and the country have failed to take steps to 1) restrict gun ownership 2) increase mental health funding 3) attempt to tamp down white supremacy. If anything, the fires of white supremacy are burning hotter than they have in decades.

So, I'd say that society views Dylann Roof's shooting spree as an acceptable casualty within the current system.

Both Manchester and the country have failed to take steps to 1) Restrict Islam 2) Increase funding for anti-islamic groups 3) Attempt to erase radical Islam. If anything, the fires of Islam are burning hotter than they have in decades.

So, I'd say that leftists in society view the bombing as an inevitable event within the current system they have sought to create.

I for one am glad we decided violence against dissent is ok, as well as being in a country with quick and easy access to gun shows. See you on the streets bg scum

Well, Britain is already fighting ISIS. They are attempting to address the problem at the source, which is more than I can say for the US and our current crop of white nationalists/white nationalist apologists.

I'm not suggesting we send special forces into the South to root out hate groups, but that would be an analogous action.


Until then, maybe making them lift at home is the best we can hope for.
