Wait till some of these kids become professional athletes.
MVP Award? That will be a thing of the past.
Top scorer? They wont track who scores goals anymore.
Lost in the finals? They will get a turn with the trophy too.

I dunno... wouldn't that mean they were all playing for the fun of the game instead of money then?![]()
Yes. People that enjoy things should not get paid for such things. Porn stars shouldn't make money if they enjoy sex. A baker shouldn't get paid for baking. We need to instill "Enjoyment" tests to make sure nobody gets paid for things they enjoy because they just, like, totally, shouldn't. Cuz. Like. It might hurt peoples feelings if someone becomes more passionate about it than someone else.
Although, clearly, professional sports are completely different from y'know. "normal" careers.
We also have a wonderful disabled lawyer who loves going to mom and pop shops, find the slightest thing out of ADA compliance, sue, and due to how current ADA lawsuits work, collect about 25k in penalties, even if the place fixes the issues. And we are talking super small shit like no pads over water pipes on the sink so a person in a wheel chair doesn't burn their knees, signs not at the proper height, etc.
Or target no one. That shit is scummy no matter who you do it to
The hilarious part is he is now being sued by several employees for sexual harassment. This guy makes the girls dress him, drive him around to find places to nail. Bonuses are based on how many ada violations they find, no matter how trivial. He pretty much got ran out of Sacramento so he's hitting the east bay pretty hard now
I'm OK with this, but only if the school does not allow any special distinction for those involved in athletics. No letterman's jackets or pep assemblys or anything that treats the student athletes different than anybody else. But seeing a how this is Texas, I doubt that would fly.
And yes, 20+ years later, I still have bitter feelings at the special treatment our HS football team had compared to the rest of the student body.
It's Texas... football > God >>>>>>> being smart and actually having a future.
What TX school district doesn't give letterman jackets to mathletes and musicians?
Rose McGowan (Charmed) shared a Facebook post that criticized an ad for X-Men Apocalypse showing Apocalypse choking Jennifer Lawrence's Mystique stating “There is a major problem when the men and women at 20th Century Fox think casual violence against women is the way to market a film. There is no context in the ad, just a woman getting strangled. The fact that no one flagged this is offensive and frankly, stupid."

She's serious. That's kinda sad.
Because the only violence that matters is that done to women. I mean, the mountain complex scene had plenty of violence, but maybe it was off screen.
The best part is if it was someone else then they'd complain about how women can only be supporting roles in hero movies
Milo doing work:
Milo Challenges Anita.
See ya @ E3. He's fab. Btw, they should open up E3 to the general public. This fucking thing is on its deathbed. Fucking idiots.

That's fucking amazing, I'd watch that shit in a heartbeat. Sadly, there's no way she'll agree. Or, if she does, she'll just manufacture some death threats to get even more attention and use it as an excuse to call it off.
SauceCHICAGO - A federal judge ruled the world champion U.S. women's soccer team does not have the right to strike to seek improved conditions and wages before the Summer Olympics, seeming to end the prospect of an unprecedented disruption by one of the most successful American national teams.
Long story short: Morgan and co. want to earn as much as the men's world cup champions (WNT 2M vs Germany 35M).
"There's no context in the ad"
It's Apocalypse and Mystique. That is the context.
