FF14 Heavensward expansion is $20 for PC or PC download on Amazon today
I would but I have no experience with BestBuy's shipping I figured worse case scenario I could reserve it at a local store to get it that day. If anyone knows more information on that or on the pre order thing if your experience was pre ordering it online vs a store or if it matter that'd be good information.
Best Buy also has release day delivery on preorders, but I don't know if that's due to having a Gamer's Club membership or not.
If you live in a state with tax, it comes down to how many games you're going to buy. Amazon saves you ~9, Best Buy saves you around ~12, but costs $30. At face value, are you going to buy ten games to make up that difference? That said, with Best Buy, you also can get those random $10 reward certificates for preorders which can offset that cost, and double points on game purchases. The other nice thing about Best Buy is that it works on all games, not just the ones they randomly decide to put promotions on and even special editions.
Isn't the cyber monday amazon saving thing over? Why we still comparing with it? D:
For those still wanting a cheaper PS4:

Soooo.. does Amazon have release day delivery any more? Like, those of you who preordered, was that an option? Just spoke to them about one of my Xenoblade orders and the person I talked to said they don't have release day delivery anymore..
It does. At least on prime.
I work for one of the major delivery companies, and right now is peak season. We don't have the same guarantees of delivery times as we do during the other 11 months of the year. If i were to hazard a guess, the person you talked to conveniently left that part out or doesn't understand that fact.
While I was on the phone I tried to preorder FFXV and didn't see it as an option. I do have prime too, so I was confused..
I have prime and have always gotten it on release day. Only game in haven't was fallout 4 and i got it the day after as well as an apology email and a 10 dollar credit
Yeah, based on responses called again and guess the first person was just talking out of their ass -- they extended my prime membership for not getting it to me, so slightly less bitter.. Just slightly though.
I may have been blinded by seething rage.. who can say for sure?
