Everything has been personally confirmed by me but Sandworm. Worm Mulch drops from Ziryou or Pulling the Strings BC.
Just watched JP group fight Erinys (Amphitere), poped 5 smaller Amphitere adds, they used BST SP to take them down, but the NM had 76% hp remaining by the time SP wore off. Uses knock back wind aura like other Amphitere-type mobs, Warped tail (AoE Max HP down), Feral Peck, Storm Wing (Silence). Wind nukes cured it. Doesn't seem to have regen.
Just so people know what to expect, kinda, here are the adds listed along with the new NMs:

So they all have adds to worry about. Gives you an idea (I hope) about what each one consists of.
Nobody would have found out how to pop those NMs if it weren't for those hints. Some of those items are just random.

Some warning about the mandragora nm, it starts with all the adds up and they 2hr pretty close to immediately on pop. SP's I saw in log were mijin, benediction, trance, chainspell, and hundred fist. Mijin only killed 1 of the backline and the pld lived for about a minute or so with all the adds and nm on him.
The fight was set at a 30minute timer and our death/fire mb volley's barely took a nibble off his hp. We're gonna try again tomorrow with the full team since today was just testing the waters.
My early speculation is killing the adds will likely be a mandatory task for this set of nms, either as a gimmick to weaken the nm or make the fight survivable in the first place. I've no idea if the adds can be resummoned if killed. I saw another group wipe in a similar fashion to the botulus, but they only had 1 pld as well.
Erinys
Absorbs magic damage after Reaving Wind, aura does magic damage (about 1~1,4k without MDT) everytime the knockback effect occurs
Adds seems to be very resistant or immune to sleep (was with Focus and Languor but can't confirm if GEO was on the hate list for Languor).
Night Terror did 6,5k on one add without any buff/debuffs which is rather good but removed maybe like 5% HP or less.
Reaving Wind was always up so we couldn't damage the NM, probably need to kill adds or to proc something.
Teles
Casts aga V nukes, -ja nukes, Meteor, impact, Tier VI nukes
Maiden's Virlai, Pinning Nocturn, Massacre elegy, wind threnody II, magic finale,
Sonic Buffet: small line atk 1000~ magic dmg, vex/atune nerfed this to 0-10~
Entice: Charm
Lunatic Voice: small AoE mute, can be "evaded" with attunement/vex
Clarsach Call: huge AOE (25'?) random dmg from 500 to 2900
At some point she gained (30'?) mute aura which wore off on its own after sometime
Death MB does 99999, with bolstered bubbles
Ice nukes only did 10k with bolstered bubbles
Light skillchain cured her
Wind nukes cured her
Darkness skillchain does full dmg (req>CDC was doing 15k + 15k dmg)
Her normal attacks sometimes 1400 to my BLU in TP set
She did not "Completely" resist sleep.
1700 acc wasn't enough to cap acc
2040 acc was better but parse got messed up
Does Stun proc?

Vinipata - main boss Hahava model
pops along with 2 smaller nakara-types, one similar to Uptala and other similar to Kalastraux.
We tried Manaburn strategy but it failed terribly, the adds went out of control and hunted mages while completely ignoring tank. We were able to down one add (they have around 65k HP with 6 participants) but it was re-summoned after main used Astral Flow.
Main stayed in Raksha stanced (-MDT) while adds used Yaksha stance (-PDT) moves. They did not cast any kind of magic.
Tanking 3 of them was painful due to high damaging moves, with main doing the majority of damage. Geo-Wilt helped a little but main WHM healer is probably required.
Nothing released after Adoulin came out completely resists anything.
We've only tried the one Teles as a group, but got it to <30% on first try dicking around with ice, which did 25K~ unresisted) and eventually settled on just going full WoC style with Death.

Some observations not mentioned:
Not sure what, but it has partial hate resets. The only reason we didn't win was because it'd randomly move towards mages and kill BLM with Clarsach, wasting a good amount of time. Our plan is to try stun with bolster'd focus and normal lang. next time.
Has significant meva. Just bolster focus wasn't enough to not get resists, but bolster focus+idris lang. capped us.
It spams buffs on itself, including protect, shell, MDB, MAB and Attack bonus. Important to have people on dispel duty.
It never ran out of MP and MB'd Aspir3 was doing fairly good. Not WoC good, but still 1500~ back each time.
Vex/attunement help to block entice. With it and Souv. legs +1, it never charmed my PLD
Madien's Virelai and mute aura are most likely time or HP based. We saw them 3 times in our fight. Perhaps every 25% or so.
It seemed PLD took a ton of damage in this fight, even with vex/attunement/wilt and Ochain. It's possible some of the really high damage moves are elemental breath type, since RUN didn't seem to be taking nearly as much damage.
We plan on trying some more this weekend if we can get people on. It honestly didn't seem that bad if you can get past the hate reset, mute aura/charm phases with minimal deaths.
So I didn't see it in the previous couple of pages, but looks like the "abnormal" behaviour for Dolores was it acting normally. It now likes to go batcrap crazy no matter where you pop, when you nuke from a distance. Fun times.
Ungh... now I'm curious if anybody tried Seiryu after patch...
I popped the sandworm (Onychophora). 30min time limit battle. It didn't pop adds upon pop. We only got it down to 98%. I used Bolster Idris and only did 1.5k Aero nukes with Indi-Focus and Geo-Malaise. It has A TON of HP. It casts Firaga V and Stonega V. Unknown weakness really. If you attack near Gorge ability it heals itself like regular sandworm. Need TOP gear if you want to make a dent in it.
Popped Zerde and it is crazy hard. It is a BOTULUS and NOT a Gallu. It starts off with Just Desserts move which is stun. It also pops two adds. One yellow and the other white flan. It is a crazy hard fight and good luck to anyone who fights it. We died almost instantly.
