    BLM GEO GEO COR PLD SCH, WHM


    More of a frustrating/annoying fight than difficult. It just loved to cast Fire spells 6 times in a row and TP right when skillchains ended.

    Couple notes for BLM method:

    -It absorbs damage when it uses TP moves too.
    -Adds will always repop after tier1 SC if you kill them.
    -Adds can be super tanked easily by the PLD. With a good DT set and near maximum phalanx set, they do 0 damage. Highly recommended to give PLD capped haste for full time reprisal.
    -Will use Disgorge after Gorge below 50%. This can do up to 4K damage if it hits the PLD alone. Can be easily mitigated to survivable levels by either having someone stand in front or putting a luopan in front.
    -While other elements are weaker than Wind/Dark, they can still do up to 25K+ when MB'd.
    -The PLD needs to be on the ball with putting gear back on after Dustvoid. It's also possible to make a rule for Gearswap that instantly puts gear back on when you lose TP, which is what I ended up doing.
    -Helix does WORK in this fight:

    Doing a mega buffed helix before it goes below 50% makes the fight a breeze.

    I Think geas fete most likely scale down to at least 3 players. Not sure if it scales further down now that you don't need 3 people to pop anymore.
    When I asked around I received bro l very different feedbacks about it.
    I myself had the impression to see less hp when I was solo, but I'm not really sure, which is exactly why I was looking for more input =/

    Delve definitely scales all the way down to 1, but you can only see that with NMs popped outside, since you need 3 to enter fracture. Matamata only has like 350k HP when you fight him solo.

    It's worth noting that we did this with me 4-box and another person 3-box. I think WHM can be dropped easily and the GEOs can be the PLD's support. It wouldn't shock me at all if something like SCH SCH GEO GEO PLD could kill this just relying on Helix for damage. SCH could alternate Soldier's, other temps and TR.

    I wonder if Helix burn is a viable strategy for the other NMs also.

    Edit: That 26K Helix was done without Soldier's Drink, btw. With Soldier's it would have done 39K for a total of 780K damage over the 20 tick duration, unless Ebullience and Soldier's don't stack.

    Thx for the details. We havent tried again after our 18 man attempts so helix was naturally pretty weak.

    Then I guess the same likely applies to Geas Fete as well.
    Do you know if it applies to UNM too?

    Don't know for sure about either, but I'll test it really fast for Unity later if no one else has done so by then.

    Just tested Unity; Prickly Pitriv has the same amount of HP with 1 people or 2 (~52000), so it seems there is no scaling from 1-3 for Unity, at least.

    So we know for sure in Delve and UNM, we don't know about Geas Fete yet, but several people reported a personal (and biased) impression of mobs popped with 1 having less HP.

    If someone was wondering, you can get credit for Aeonic quest kills even if you're dead on the floor.

    Having done a few solo t1, I don't think their HP have a difference between 1 and 3 participants.

    I could be wrong, but I don't think so. As for an increase between 3 and 6, I couldn't say.

    We can damage Yakshi no problem, but Cantopierce can do like 1.5k damage per person (plus 50% HP curse aura), so how do you guys survive it? Just have Ifrits in range?


    Edit: Eh, the answer is obviously just Aegis.

    That's basically the easy solutions ya. We did it once 6 manned it without Aegis PLD by praying and using Luopans but it was very messy.

    So for the final Reisen NMs basically:

    - Teles: Beatable
    - Onychophora (Sandworm): Beatable
    - Erinys (Amphitere): One JP report
    - Vinipata (Naraka): One JP report
    - Zerde, Schah, Albumen: At large

    Seems like most JPs are not really liking just how hard the new NMs are either and rather discussing about that instead of making more attempts. Checking 2ch and blogs there seems to be no progress. The way these NMs work, most of them would be pretty unimpressed by the upcoming RME update as the fights seem to rely on gimicks more than streight up power.

    Just tested, and Geas Fete mobs do not scale for less than 3 people, like Unity.

    Did some testing and Ebullience and Soldiers Stack and its possible to get them both in and still hit the burst on a Self-SC

    What mega buffs were used to get this helix? I would assume Geo use m.eva down, m.def down, m.acc up, m.atk up, and cor used m.acc + m.att - anything else?
