Ascended Lucani can do a TP move called Beguiling Gaze. It will charm you. Also, it is ridiculously evasive. Even with distract 3 I was whiffing like crazy. Of course its accuracy down move made things even worse.

My inventory had 6 free spaces. It might have given me two Taupe bags and just not put anything in the logs, but I also might have had them from previous NM fights.

In summary, I don't recommend getting charmed.

I was still charmed when Quetz was killed and I still got drops.

The requrments of popping T2 in the new Escha vs T3 are so twisted.

T2: Do shitty old content with random ass drops und some of the most annoying mobs in game
T3: Somehow 2hr down King UNMs once and buy pop items for only 10k accolades for days

We Manaburned Sabotender Royal, but noticed it went 1k Needles to 2k Needle to 4k needle then it was full panic mode once the trusts died, I'm not sure if he had access to needles in the beginning or it was due to rapid drop in hp

so 4k needles is 4.000 dmg evenly distrubted amongs PT members in range so if 4 in range each would receive 1.000 dmg correct?

Yes in theory.

However trusts might have some initiate -DT and also -DT from vorseal. For me amchuchu and Gessho together shrugged off 4k needles like nothing only tanking it as 2. But ??? needles is still a problem. I try to kill it before that happens.

What kind of moves does that guy use?

We lost to this thing at 1%. It levels up over time and does an uneraseable all stat down aoe. Becomes nigh impossible to hit, with it fully leveled geo torpor, distract 3, 1400 acc, I hit for maybe 10-20% acc. It ends up healing itself more than you hurt it with regen alone. We had 8 people + pet + luopan and didnt really have any trouble taking the needles damage. If anyone knows how to perhaps proc it, what levels it up, or how to level it down please do tell

Does anyone know anything about the Golden Kist? I've only seen this killed a couple times so far and we haven't been able to get it down yet. I've seen it white proc'd once, but couldn't tell what caused it.

Like someone said before vex/attune/barthundra can be good for avoiding most of the poison stun. What poison gets through can be esuna'd or yagrushed off. The zombie auras will happen every 25% HP and last 25% it did it again under on its own so I assume it can do it whenever past that point, Diamondhides/Stoneskin-ga helps here or perhaps running away. Under 50% it started doing Manafonts after which it will do 1 or 2 Nukes that can be tier VI single target or tier V aoe and this can happen during zombie mode. Our issue was mainly damaging it quickly enough. It seems resistant to damage in general and somewhat evasive, Sanguine Blade did consistent damage with an MAB set for ~3k but wasn't enough. The incessant death traps which have an all stat down effect (sets your stats to 1?) that lasts 40s+ and just kills accuracy/damage. Could still hit it with full acc set torpor and precision somewhat reliably then, but damage wasn't good, sanguine did about 1/3 normal.

This is starting to feel like a mob you need to magic burst in the windows between death trap stat downs, has anyone learned what procs it or what the proc does or a way to stop the stat down? Anyone have any tips that has killed this thing? Thanks.

I also learned today that if you have a win of a certain NM, you can buy one of the NMs upgrade items for 10K accolades from the unity npc.

The Unity NPC's will allow you to buy materials for 10k (1k for level 99 mobs and 500 for sub-99 mobs, of which there are only a few). You do have to have beaten the mobs at least once, as none of the new mobs or Adamantoise showed up on my char.

This is backwards from what the update notes mentioned... they made it sound like you could trade unwanted materials for accolades. Maybe you still can? No one has figured that out yet, as far as I can tell.
