I went back to France during last August and all I could read in their newspaper was "England is bad QQ because they should take the Syrian refugiees, its not our duty to take care of them!" and the like, so you know what I might hurt some feelings here but screw France, seriously.

Its good people can feel compationate about the nearly 200 death that happened from a terrorist attack in Paris, however I think this is going a bit too far, depending where you go France can be extremly racist, remember "Je suis Charlie" ? It did happen for a reason too.

When the Syrian refugiee walked on the French territory, French ppl were the 1st spitting on them, showing absolutely no sense of humanity and considering them like some sort of parasites, so this whole thing is taken a bit out of proportion, we are comparing 200 human deaths to thousands human deaths.

Even from a humanity perspective it makes no sense. The claims of .1% being Isis means that in essence countries like sweden and germany are fine with the 99.9% leaving and migrating to their countries which would cause them to completely collapse under the added weight on infrastructure and services. There are 22 Million people in Syria alone, this is completely disregarding the fact that many turks/somali's/etc are taking advantage of having a potentially better life and all it involves is them throwing away their passport, find a trafficker in turkey and claim to be Syrian. This would be too many people even if they weren't of an incompatible culture. This would be too much even if it was just a whole country of extra Swedes were found and were demanding migrant status to go the EU. But like abandon/sock said, these people are completely incompatible and at odds with the countries they are ending up in, Poland and many Slavic countries have a very deep rooted Catholic identity for example. Really the most blatant example would be what is emblematic of German culture: Oktoberfest and Sausage, Shariah Law forbids alcohol and pork is unclean. Even their most basic of rules are totally at odds with one of the most popular cultural identifiers of germany... brats and beer.

Helping them becomes a difficult melange of military strikes and better funding and care of refugees in their own country. I'm not saying send them 25 cents to save an African a day, in the same way i'm not saying that letting every impoverished African leave the country is a good thing.

Besides refugee law generally dictates the right for quick resettlement which historically has meant the nearest safe country not at war. Then go look at a map and tell me where Sweden/Germany are and where Saudi Arabia and Israel are.
