Right now,t hey have allowed exactly as many rushing yards. The Broncos are allowing a ton fewer yards per game, but the Panthers are allowing fewer yards per pass attempt. The Panthers have allowed two more passing touchdowns than Denver, but one fewer rushing TD. They're #1 and #3 in sacks. They both have four defensive TDs on the year.

And most importantly: Both teams were smart enough to fire John Fox.

I wouldn't call it a conspiracy, just a really obscure rule (the clock running after an excess timeout) that the refs should have explained. Belichick didn't even know about the rule, which shows how out of left field it is.

I thought it was simply a hyperextension; guessing that guy is just talking about a patellar dislocation as opposed to a knee dislocation. Dislocating your knee is an absolutely catastrophic injury; it is not at all like a shoulder dislocation.
