    Anyone play Runescape?

I just started it 3 weeks ago, I have access at work and I work a pair of 12 hour shifts every week so I'm pretty glad about that

if anyone plays, used to play, wants to play.. let me know, I'm having fun even just mostly solo, but a couple people invited me to their small clan (they don't even have a citadel, but that's fine)

obviously the graphics are pretty bad, kinda trogdoor meets world of warcraft but it's pretty fun and the little .msi file gets past my work's no download anything without admin verification bs. So if you have a job where you sit at a computer, think about it

there's christmas events with lots of bonus xp, I'm already at 65 cooking, 66 fletching, 50+ woodcutting, and melee/ranged/magic each up to 40 or so, currently working on slayer and prayer. Plus I got some fat loot from treasure keys and the christmas advent calendar with login prizes

Does it actually have to be an online game?

good point, I should probably just pack an emulator and endless ROMs. I was playing OoT a couple years back but lost my saves

never tried C&C or Civ, aren't they pretty graphics and system intensive?

$40 and requires steam, the latter is most likely impossible at work and I'd rather pay $40 for a game I know. Plus space strategy games don't make my peener twitch at all

your peener is broke then. sins is da bomb

C&C games are pretty old so not usually all that intensive, afaik. civ can be, but if you go with like civ 4 or something it should be cake. might be able to run 5 if you crank down the settings.

could try FTL: Faster Than Light. Not sure if it's available off steam, but if it is, it's super low resource requirements. there's also KSP, which is always fun.

This was actually going to be my suggestion.
Endless SNES and PS1 games, could last you for ages. Hell, I'm working my way through Thousand Arms right now. (Nelsha best grill)

    Spoiler: show

Well if you want old computer games with bad graphics... ADOM always provided hours of stealth entertainment back when I was in high school on their crappy computers
