oh snap, wouldn't have guessed you were into docs. whats the wildest shit you've got? i've actually always had a pair in black going back nearly 20 years now. the soles came apart on my last pair, and after i switched to a car with a standard they were uncomfortable to drive in anyway so i haven't been in a rush to replace them.

These are my 3 favs. Spikes on left obviously my fav and when I'm feeling particularly brazen I'll wear them on the Hill for throw away days.

The plaid Chukkas I picked up in SoHo on sale for like 30 bucks

Got married in the oreos on the right. I've maybe worn them twice, they are a little big which breaks my heart.

All my other docs are your basic lace up oxfords and boots.

Those looks fucking rule, the only problem is that joggers are are on their way out of style, but the pic is from 2014 before Joggers went normcore. the entire top half is classic prep / business casual / everyone on the planet is wearing it. 2017 version would be selvage jeans with everything else the exact same. I love McNairy because he blends styles like that and he's also just an old southern curmudgeon.
