Is it true I can exchange my 5 year old LL Bean boots at LL Bean for a fresh new pair without a receipt or anything? They are too big but I never did more than try them on when I first got them and then it didn't snow for like 2 years so I had no reason to wear them and then I was like damn these are too big. This whole time I thought I was screwed

If price ain't no thing, go diesel. If price a thing, Johnston and Murphy also works.

Need more info tho. Are sneakers acceptable? Classic adidas (samba, shelltoe, etc.) also works, but it adds a bit of casualness to the attire which may not be acceptable in some work environments.
