It's that way with a lot of high end shit on Amazon. Buying headphones or audio equipment can be a serious gamble if the seller isn't a known authorized retailer.

i was thinking about going for them but decided that maybe spending $100+ on a pair of shoes i can maybe wear five days out of the year during the thanksgiving-xmas stretch is maybe not reasonable, given how many other pairs i've bought in the last month alone lol.

I know what you mean. I figure I'll wear them for our in-office holiday party, friends' holiday parties, and Christmas with family.

My wife was telling me to get more shoes to wear on specific days, such as birthday shoes. She referenced my St. Patrick's Day SBs I got several years ago I only wear on St. Patrick's Day.

yea so you can wear them 0 times a year and justify having them. I'm an AF1 guy, I have Tisci's from 2014 that I've never even worn and it's not like they are THAT valuable. I've others that I've only worn to Amsterdam and Paris in 2015 and then put away.The fact that you can wear these for an entire season on top of being a unique release of your favorite model is pretty awesome.
