Trying to figure out a fps judder problem.

Ever since I upgraded my monitor to a G-Sync 144hz monitor I've noticed all my games have this slight judder about them. When panning the camera or running back and forth infront of a tree I notice they twitch or skip ahead a little. Usually I don't notice it when actually playing but some games are worse than others (just reinstalled FF14 and notice it a lot more there).

My system is pretty beast and has no problem pushing out frames.

    Windoos 10 Pro 64bit
4670k OC'ed to 4.4, still happens with it disabled
    16GB Corsair 2133 RAM
    Asus Maximus VI Hero
    EVGA 650w PSU
    980 ti
    250gb Samsung 840 EVO
    250gb Crucial M500

I'm not sure if this problem has always been there and I just never really noticed it cause of how blurry 60hz is compared to 144. But it's annoying and I would like to figure out if this is something I can fix.

I've tried many many things to fix it. Updated all my drivers, fresh install of windows, different drivers, different nvidia control panel settings and so on. I even installed games to different SSDs. G-Sync is set to fullscreen and windowed and I even tried fullscreen vs windowed ingame.

However I do know my motherboard has a problem (maybe more) and I am currently awaiting cross shipping from asus to rule this out but I'll include it to see what you guys think. A while back before I got my G-sync monitor I was having other fps issues (vsync randomly capping at 30 fps even though nothing was happen) and I was told to check my RAM. Testing both sticks together memtest86 found errrors. However testing each stick individually it found no errors. I know this was causing me some BSOD so after a while I said fuck it and decided to replace both sticks of RAM. However that did not solve the BSODs. Which lead me to believe my motherboard is faulty. So I am curious if a faulty mobo/ram slots can cause these kind of judders ingame? I think it's also worth mentioning I don't notice any kind of judder when running the valley benchmark or the FFXIV benchmark (whereas ingame of FFXIV I can't run for more than 5 seconds without seeing my screen jump a little).

I feel like my motherboard may be causing these but when I replace it and still get these judders I feel like I've tried everything else. Anyone have any ideas?

There would be more things to play with, but MB will do this. Ive had quite a few ASUS high end mbs have this, and only this, ram slot problem after 2-3 years of use to the point where they must have some flaw.

Just thought it was odd that it was fine in benchmarks but not ingame.

Replaced motherboard (which may have an issue as well idk) but what else could be causing this judder?
