I'm not saying it's the best pizza (though I think it won best pizza in the US on Trip Advisor a few times), but considering how shitty most pizza on the West Coast is it's a hell of an achievement.

Seems legit. Their 2015 lIst has them below San Francisco and Vegas for best pizza cities. They don't even have a top 10 spot for individual restaurants (but Anchorage does).
Pizza in San Fran and the Bay in general is horrendous.
Well that's because pyzano's in Castro valley closed due to one of the owners opening up a restraint in San Francisco (he's been on bar rescue a few times) and the other is in jail for tax fraud.
If you ever come to the Bay Area again krandor, you should hit up porkys pizza in San Leandro (south of oakland).
I remember trying the pizza in Long Beach for the first time, having grown up with the NYC master race. Forgive them lord for they know not what they do.
Chicago is the king of pizza. I've had some really damn good pizza in fancy parts of Mexico, too.
Anyone who advocates eating pizza with a fork and knife are automatically wrong.
I eat deepdish with my hands still so hold that
Someone from my old XIV group used to eat pizza with a spoon and insist it was the best way. She was from the midwest, though.
Chicago Deep Dish is Midwest.
The only pizza I really liked in the Bay was Pizza Orgasmica, but that closed down around a year ago I think.
Was a shame cause there is good eats of almost every kind in the Bay (like good god is there fantastic Chinese food on basically every street corner), just not pizza.
I'm trying to get stationed on the West Coast again next year, so I'll sadly have to give up good pizza. At least I'll get to eat Mexican food again, instead of the unholy swill that passes for Mexican in MA.
yeah, outside of like one spot i went to in waltham run by actual mexicans i can't think of anything noteworthy in MA. if you wind up in RI for any reason though, el rancho grande in providence is the shit. well, compared to most new england mexican fare anyway, i've never experienced the real deal west coast stuff so i have no basis for comparison.
Wow I didn't know they were gone. There's another great one in San Francisco called Tony's napolenta that was damn good pizza
After six years in Korea, I would kill a man for that shitty west coast pizza. Last year, "Chicago Pizza" was trendy over here. Their idea of Chicago pizza was basically terrible cheese stuffed into a bread bowl, with paremsan sprinkled over it.
I've had one good pizza in all of Asia. This place: http://www.pizzakaya.com/en/
They have some legit pizza spots in Cambodia and Vietnam.
Vietnam has that stew they sell in single-person boats....want now
If Jebailey doesn't bring out Kenny Omega for this SFV exhibition he has failed as a TO.
And there he is
