ok digging around in the court documents, the identity he stole has the same last name as nuckledu (different first name though, so not actually him). wonder if there's any relation or if it's just a coincidence; i reckon it's not a terribly uncommon last name, so likely the latter. anyway, whoever it was, andre took out 3 credit lines in their name and judging by the restitution amounts listed, racked up about 13 grand in charges on them. dumbass probably had them mailed to his house and used them in person, lol.

I was thinking the same thing. ID/credit fraud is VERY rarely investigated because the likelihood of finding the criminal is so low and it takes too many resources to do so. He is epic-level stupid to get caught.
