Yea that's not good.
Yea that's not good.
Not really a celebrity unless you count people who lived awesome lives, but Piers Sellers bit it today.

for all the Howard Stern fans, Joey Boots died
Fuck :E Carrie only matters now because she was in Ep7, and going to be in 8 (and maybe 9) if she wasn't, no one would be giving a shit.
Hopefully they have something on film with her already and they can fit in a death scene that isn't terrible.
Are you retarded? You act like she's been living under a rock since episode 6. Of course she's more relevant since the series has been revived, and the character brought back in to action, but the impact that Star Wars had on Hollywood cements any of the main cast in film history. I feel as if her passing would be felt a bit more had Disney not acquired the series, if anything. She's been thru some shit, so I can see her pulling thru this.
Her scenes in the next two movies will be minimum, but that's the point regardless, since they're focusing on the new characters, and Luke. For now.

Funny how one of the most memorable moments in the series was an ad lib line from a scene that wasn't supposed to exist.
When you realize you're hitting 74 years old with your only standout acting roles are decades old and you're broke because you've spend the last 30 years being an angry dismissive cunt to everyone and now you're too fucking old and washed out to do Indiana Jones/Deckard/Han Solo but you're sucking that shit straw because it's all you have left.
Harrison Ford might be a standoffish asshole in general but I promise you he isn't broke or even hurting for money by any means, and lol if you think studios wouldn't kill to have him star in one of their movies. He's still probably one of the top ten biggest movie stars in the world.
He is playing Deckard again in the new Blade Runner.

NASA climate scientist and astronaut Sellers dies at 61
WASHINGTON (AP) - Piers Sellers, a climate scientist and former astronaut who gained fame late in life for his eloquent commentary about the earth's fragility and his own cancer diagnosis, has died. He was 61.
Sellers died Friday morning in Houston of pancreatic cancer, NASA said in a statement.
Sellers shared his astronaut's perspective on climate change in Leonardo DiCaprio's documentary, "Before the Flood," released this fall. He told DiCaprio that seeing the earth's atmosphere as a "tiny little onion skin" from space helped him gain a fuller understanding of the planet's delicacy.
She was really good in Supergirl.
