Yes, I use Arc as my main healer and his SSB combined with Ramza using Tailwind is OP as fuck.

5 5*! Some outdated but got one or two good ones.

SSB - Eiko
SB - Radiant breath Rydia
SB - Leviathan Garnet
SB - Sending Yuna (6* now)
SB - Soothing light Arc

uhhh, Garnet's IX staff, Ashe's XII sword ( duplicate ). For 25 mythril I guess that's ok? Not even sure if I should be combining my sword... it's technically not a melee weapon but it's pretty much my strongest? or 2nd strongest weapon.

Used 100-150 Mythril combined at the VII, IV, III and IX (Zero 5*'s)
Got 4x 5*'s off WHM Lucky Banner
Used ~125 Mythril on Lightning banner (Zero 5*'s)
Tiny Bee off SMN Lucky Banner

I don't think there were many "major" pulls for the smn lucky banner to begin with... it was mostly just because it's 25 mythril =/
