I've had decent luck with most draws, but so far no 5* in the monthly half off draws.
They need to make it re-usable at half price until a 5* is drawn.

If we get the JP QoL update for the banners each one will guarantee one 5* relic. We may not get this though :/

If we did get it, it would be on Cloud's OSB Banner and I gotta say, this would be worth pitchforking over if we don't get it compared to when we didn't get rolling Gacha.
