In that case you may have to wait till only Double BSSBfest to pull then done, all regular banners will start having a medica on them, only Double BSSBfest will have no medicas which will be on a seperate medica only banner.

Really doubt they'll add medicas on top of fest banners on top of a medica only banner for Double BSSBfest.

Edit: for clarification, Double BSSBfest is when they introduce the 5* ability Motes, so each Banner is a theme for a specific mote, i.e. Banner 1 is MNK motes, so MNK only relics, etc, so there is no chance they'll add non-job specific relics to the banners, at most we'll see a switch up on job specific relics on the banners.

Eh, yes and no, you should hoard mythril, but only for banners you want to pull on in the future, its only bad if you keep hoarding and hoarding but not ever spending, because there is always "something better" down the road.

So if you were hoarding for BSSBfest, it wasn't a waste even though you didn't get anything, it only becomes a waste if you use it on a banner you don't like and end up getting a 5* from it. As I view it myself, as long as I don't pull a 5* on trash banners, its never a waste cause thats what it would have been if I saved it .

Yeah I think those banners are pretty safe. They might shuffle some relics in and out but there aren't that many options anyway.

At least you got the only haste option for FFXIII for CM (assuming its not a repeat) and Sabin/Edgar relics will fuck shit up for FF6 CM, not to mention Penelo/Arc will help a ton as well with their realms.

I already had Penelo's mini-boostga Medica, and Vegas were a dupe, so yea, nothing too new. I can RW SG now, instead of carrying it natively on Tyro, thanks to Penelo's new Medica, but that's about it. That and, like you said, FF6 CMs. Six 69 pulls is a steep price to pay for that, but RNG gonna RNG, so what can you do.
