if anyone's curious on the returns on refreshing i've done a few so far. 5 refreshes @ 163 total so far, started at ~140 stamina at event start. converting 3* orbs in excess of 100 up to 4*. i have seen 6-7 gigantuars thus far.

before:

greater/major summon: 0/34
greater/major ice: 37/42
greater/major earth: 90/13

after:

greater/major summon: 27/41 (+9.7maj equivalent)
greater/major ice: 74/48 (+9.7maj equivalent)
greater/major earth: 127/18 (+8.7maj equivalent)

plus about 3.3m gil

From FFRK inspector data, the overall drop rate after 258 recorded runs is currently at ~7.06 stamina per greater orb equivalent.

Earth:
3* - 457
4* - 89
5* - 8

4* equivalent - 214.7
Stam per 4* equivalent - 24.03 stam

Ice:
3* - 357
4* - 100
5* - 11

4* equivalent - 245.7
Stam per 4* equivalent - 21.00 stam

Summon:
3* - 429
4* - 108
5* - 12

4* equivalent - 270.9
Stam per 4* equivalent - 19.04 stam

The vast majority of the runs recorded are stage 2 runs (182 out of 258 runs) as mini cactuars drop 3* summon and earth there, vs no 3* summon orbs on stage 1 mini cactuars hence the 3* earth and summon orbs are reported significantly higher than ice.

EDIT - With 401 runs recorded it is now at ~6.76 stam per greater orb equivalent.

I think reddit mentioned a 14% increase in regular cactuar and gigantuar appearance rates. My eyeballing would agree over the 6 refreshes I've had.

Now if we get the cactuar trees in a few days then that'll be double awesome.
