Well, on the chance that they DIDN'T stack, I wouldn't want Cleansing Strike overwriting Mist Overload. So it was a fair statement!. <.<; But now that I know otherwise I can keep them both for maximum asskickage!

For me Agrias is a flip flop with Lightning.

If I need the extra mitigation? Agrias.

If not, then I go Lightning for pure damage.

The other 4 party slots are pretty much semented

I don't use Agrias at all since I have nothing for her so Beatrix on the other hand, I won't give up unless its a pure Physical Boss.

It was because you said

No, I didn't imply anything about Agrias having 0 use. Simply that shes been replaced in my main party.

CMs are special cases and tons of random people find use there. Not relevant to the conversation.

I have both her Sword and Shield and never use her. She's not bad, but FFT, FFII and FFIII characters... I just don't use. Maybe if there was an event or dungeon where they had decent synergy? (...I say, as a FFT event is about to be released.)

Except that synergy gear can help offset a lack of synergy when doing normal fights on an event. There's a reason why my A team is what it is and CM's are a bitch for me. Main thing holding me back in a bunch of CM's is that I just don't have any SB's for those characters. Cloud is something like 7% of all my unique SB's.

Now that you mention this, YES, her sword, even without synergy, is like my 3rd most powerful sword ATK wise, it always appears after Squalls BSB sword (which I have dumped capped Rosetta stones into) when I sort by attack.

I wonder if DENA gave FFT items higher than usual stats because they rarely get synergy?

base attack values also go up over time as well; early SSB swords like organics started out with a base of 116, and the FFT ones which came later were up to 124. similarly, razzmatazz has a few points advantage over 1st fusion sword.

Yah Cloud really kinda gets screwed as the "First person" to receive most new boosts like that
