That's... that's an interesting shared SB.... I have so many moderate PT attacks on melee's I don't use because they don't give haste. Granted I use Should on RW whenever I can. But some CM missions it might be easier to use that and one of the moderate attack buffs depending on synergy, and using some extra mitigation on RW instead. Like SS2, SG, DG, PoT... depending on how hard they are. Not saying you would use it all the time. But defnitely a nice option to have since moderate PT attack buffs without haste seem to be kind of common.

depends if you already have shout or not. if not, i'd say his burst is pretty good if you don't have anything else to burn SB bar on for ramza. it gets a bad rap because it competes with shout, but in a vacuum it's a decent BSB (holy damage on entry, banishing strike burst command, and a party defense buff) on a character with access to full break and lifesiphon.

delita's is pretty decent too, allows you to save a slot on power breakdown since it gives attack -50%, and it's a situationally great stat stick since it has +lightning damage. i'm actually considering pulling here for a chance at that + kaiser shield, which combined would be pretty potent with lightning dive once it releases.

the shared regen staff is just that, a shared regen, not terribly potent. main use for me would be to jam it on an offensive caster without an SB to give them something to use their SB bar on. note that if you happen to have a medica SB that gives high regen, this would overwrite the effect with a less potent one.

i'd be pretty happy with that pull tbh, you could definitely do a lot worse!

chain thundaga uses wind as a secondary, so strictly speaking all of it does! tornado strike is probably the worst offender out of those however, since it also eats black orbs.
