I'd say wait, Lightning OSB banner isn't far off and it has much better shit, same for Fang OSB banner if you are willing to wait.

As for pulling on this banner, there are other way better banners for a general use pull. If you're just lacking XIII synergy though, then it's not terrible.

Save for Lightning's OSB banners dropping in 1 month and a half. Banner 1 has an amazing set of relics with Light's OSB and SSB #2, Vanille's Burst, Noel's SSB (I have it in JP and it's really good), Fang's SSBs including the wallbreak one and Vega. Banner #2 is pure magic bliss with Hope's OSB and BSB as well as the amazing Cid BSB. These banners are simply amazing but sadly they come right after XIV Originally Posted by Classikmage
