I'm content with this, it's what I wanted basically apart from the burst banner, and the burst banner I wanted almost everything, so anything was a good bonus.

Means I can save my mythril for FFXIV banner and the inevitable FFXV banner that's bound to be good considering they want the game to sell.

If it's good it's not coming anytime soon in Global. I'm expecting a special event for JP but we'll likely have to wait the usual 6 months after that.

When is orb fest again? Do we get anything for the revenge banner? I figure between DU and that mythril by the time 8 is fine I might be able to snag two pulls on Waifu.

We got FFXIV before the usual 6 months, which is why it was unusually strong. I doubt we'd have to wait a full 6 months for a fame they so desperately want to promote and succeed. I mean, they have a FFXV promotion going on right now with a 5* FFXV sword on the last day.

I'm so tempted. now that I have two good mage bursts, it's time for a decent faithga (sorry Kuja - you don't cut it). but FFVI and FFXIV are coming up so I must be patient. if I pull wall, then I can RW faithhastega and be fine anyway.


edit: just realized there's a better faithga on FFXIV-1, nevermind. did a single 3-pull on OK just for fun, 0/3, moving on!

3/11 on BF banner

razzmatazz - #3, hurray for a 7/8* sword in a realm i'm already over-stacked in
lightbringer (IX) - eh, it's from a banner i pulled heavily on and whiffed entirely on bursts, was aiming for eiko's though. awkward to use for IX since it's an imperil competing with zidane's burst, but i have 0 beatrix relics and no sentinel/tank style ones either, so pretty happy with it all the same.
ashe's defiance - fuck yeah! one of the many bursts released in the last few months i pulled like mad for and never got.

overall very satisfied with that pull even at 50 mythril.

1/11, vanille burst. on the plus side it's a solid whm burst and I already have her ssb so she's set as my main whm. on the other hand, i already had her ssb and it was already a medica, could've used some variety

Comparable to greens. Maybe a little less, but way more than RMs.

Well no. There was nothing game breaking in the FFXIV banners because we already had wall, I don't know why people keep repeating this when it's not true. Japan has now 2 extra relic types (well... 1 and a half) that we don't have yet, it's highly unlikely that a good XV banner will be released months ahead in Global. It didn't happen for WoFF or FFXI.

Did Buff lucky on JP and got Tyro OSB, Vaan outdated SSB1, and Porom SSB2, bleh, at least Twin Star is decent.

after bringing twin star porom to the BG MO party the other day, i'm completely sold on it. granted it's a lot tougher to work in natively in a normal party, but it's incredible under the right circumstances.
