Has DeNA ever adjusted a soul break or item after the fact? I haven't seen it happen. I wonder if there are rules about that; Japan's gacha laws are somewhat strict. I imagine that improving a gacha item would be ok but I don't know. Seems like they could give his BSB en-ice (as well as fix Tiny Bee and a few other problematic relics)

i believe tellah's SSB eventually gets fixed so you can't double up on the instacharge. i need to abuse that while i still can, lol.

as far as i know though, they never adjust stuff for balance/power level reasons, they only address bugs and unintended effects.

Interesting. Come to think of it, it can't be the gacha law - PAD makes changes all the times for balance reasons, usually buffing old cards. So I guess DeNA just avoids that for their own reasons. Which is sad because god I would love for Tiny Bee to be useful someday :/

The laws you're probably thinking of are industry regulations, the laws themselves are limited to compu gacha IIRC. I think they actually give cloud's OSB weapon wind damage up under synergy at some point? Anyway they occasionally do some things behind the scene - at some point they changed scattershot's school - but very rarely and not to the degree you're thinking of. Old stuff gets used as rosettas or combined but some stuff stays really good or at least unique like sent grim/ss2.

Trigger Happy is pretty bad.

Yes, Echo's SSB has been the only one outright changed to my knowledge. It was Hastega and Wall originally I believe, but was shifted to Shellga, Hastega, and Resistance boost.

People have been wanting Tyro's healing Grimoire to be changed since forever too. Like it, Tiny Bee was a product of the devs not wanting to overly tune something new (this was only their 2nd burst) so they were cautious about how strong an AoE repeatable heal should be.

They could be clever and release a Catnip accessory that's like mind +25 but give Trigger Happy's commands a boost.

Echo's SSB got changed before release though, it was datamined as Wall + Hastega. They have rarely if even ever significantly changed a SB post release
