Tidus can use full charge/power chain combo, so definitely at least worth bringing him to anything that's weak to water. Probably won't use him elsewhere though.

Terra can use wrath at least, so may be worth using at some point; but I do have Lulu's, which covers ice, fire, and water vs Terra's just covering water/fire
