From what I remember the next great banners are Relm 1 and 2 (2 is mainly for mages though), Bash 1 and Kuja 2. These are before BSSB fest but there's also other banners you may want to look into.
I'm personally aiming for Light's BSSB next but I'll do some pulls here and there.

Ended up tossing my last 50 mythril on a 4th 11 pull and got a 2nd Spellbinder. -_-

I shouldn't complain that I got 5 5*s out of my pulls but they were a garbage X sword and doubles of Ramza's armor and the spellbinder dagger. I'm keeping the daggers separate for the Ultimate then combining them.

I was saving all of my rosetta stones for after the SSBfest in hopes of getting a SSB; I can't think of anything worthy of upgrading. The only 6* SB items I have are Demon Axe(Firion), Loxley Bow(Fran), Skycutter(Hope), and Grand Armor(Ramza). I don't have any SSB gear and the strongest 5* I've got is probably Seph's One Winged Angel. Are any of those worth upgrading besides OWA?

Both Agrias's pulls are good but Shield is the better of the two if you can pick one. It's single target Heroic Harmony that deals good damage on a top tier knight. And the shield can then be passed off (or used by Agrias herself) to boost Lightning damage.

I agree; that's why I haven't spent a single stone but I've got 28 of the damn things! I'm tired of getting them and not using them but I don't want to waste them either so that's why they collect dust. xD

Only sword i've maxed with stones so far is Fusion sword for obvious reasons. It puts it on par to a realm synergy weapon if I don't have one to use, which is like 5 different realms.

Haha. Same, I'm at 26 rosetta stones and am seriously considering putting them in a 4* or 3++ gear or something because then I will get use out of it, but won't feel bad about using them for upgrade fodder to feed new gear. I just have to remember not to sell them...

I threw my Rosetta Stones into 6* Blazefire (because I got it early) and 6* Genji Blade (because Sephiroth weapon access is balls and I have his SSB).

I really don't think it matters. I'd say toss them into something which helps a bad realm or a character with poor weapon access or hoard them imo.

I think I overprepared for it; I went in with LH or Boon(I forget) RW and steamrolled it first try.

my dps is still too low it seems, I can't seem to kill even one of them fast enough and my SG doesn't refresh fast enough.
