I find it really helpful to have 2 of the holy trinity. Doesn't matter which 2, so long as you can do the 3rd one as RW. But if someone only has 1 and it isn't wall, I'd definitely go for it.

Oh I forgot to mention that I have Hastega too (with Lunatic High) so I'm not hurting for that from Phase 5. In fact Red is pretty much irreplaceable for me as I also have his pin 6-starred that grants Stardust Ray. Makes him incredibly hard to replace.

Personally, I think having SG is better than having LH or Boon. If you have both LH and Boon then you're in a better position. With the recent Ults it's become annoying to have to bring Shellga to complement LH if the boss uses mainly magic. Unfortunately this has been the case for the most part.

Um, just noticed out of the 14-15 Gigants I fought most dropped major ice. Has anyone been getting different? I'm 9 major summons away from r2 Bahamut.

I thought I had received far more Fire than anything, but I wasn't paying much attention. I was hoping for more Summon Orbs though.

Man, 25 characters still at level 1 but job types are getting slim. I'm running out of WHM's to level. All I have left is Tellah(in PT now), Fusoya, and Lenna(once I get lode2 from second half of Yuna. Sazh has 3-star white magic, but he can't wear a staff, I might be able to gimp it through maybe with him if I have to... I got a lot of crappy supports left that can't 1-shot things for shit... Barrett, Irvine, Wakka. -_-; I love how OP magic is for this grind, even at level 1, 4* nukes can 1-shot anything in Springfest.

I may have to clear a few elites to get a 4th 11 pull. 172 Mythril right now, assuming I'll get 4 mythril for daily logins, 12 for the tactics event puts me at 188.

Yeah, I wasn't hurting for Holy/White/Earth orbs so I did it then real quick.

I'd say having Wall is more important than Boon/LH, as well. If your synergy is hurting, there's a good chance you need more than 8 rounds to finish an Ultimate. So, with actions, taking damage, and Mako/Mog, being able to get 3 charges out usually isn't an issue, but even then you may need more than 12 rounds.

I'm still hurting for a good AoE heal, myself. Otherwise waiting for my follow list to better populate with Might Guards so I can phase out the Boons.

I doubt anyone cares, but the Dr. Mog beginner banner is still around in jp after the banner end date (was 3/31), so seems Dr. Mog beginners is here to stay (which is funny that they even added a end date). Still wish they didn't make Global's dead awful, still seems a good banner for new players in jp to possibly get both a wall and a medica.

Ninjas need to have really good magic gear to one-shot the + waves if they're 50. I have found mnks perfectly capable of killing at 50 though. Once you have 50+ characters, the only reason to run a whm is if you want to level them. Otherwise, run w/e you want.

Looking once again for MC2 usage

Atm I have 1 MC2 and I have 1 more that i will get from Yuna event, but that is after Orb fest, so only 1 MC2 usuable for Orb fest

If i pull Greg SSB tonight i'll have no choice but to use the MC2 on Greg (since i'd have kotetsu and Genji Blade)

But if i don't pull greg SSB then i'm not sure who to use it (the other SSB i have them all at 80 already)

So choices I have for MC2 are

Vanille, not a fan of her, no relic but she will be needed in a few months for Cid's missions, RM is meh
Aerith No relic, RM is ok, but exept FF7 realms i don't see myself using her
Lulu and Vivi : No Relic, Lulu RM is almost useless, Vivi RM is good for trash farming, but since they both only have BLM6* I feel their use is limited
Tifa : No Relic, Mnks are meh, and I already have Galuf RM that does the same shit
Auron : No relic, no real interest to use him

So if I pull Greg's SSB i was thinking Greg today and Vanille after Orb fest
If i don't pull Greg's SSB i was thinking Vanille Today and who next?

Got 2 Genji Blades. Would you smash them together?

My FFV synergy is decent-ish I think (Brave Blade, Genji Blade x2, 3x 4++ Axes, 2x Healing Staff). But the only SSB's I have are Gilgamesh + Sephiroth so Seph would have to take the katana in FFV realms if I used them both.
