I don't know how how exceited I am about Ramza since I have Flames of War, I mean, yeah, it higher attack, which is nice, and he can easily take my support slot if I got his sword, I would probably use him. But I'm not OMFG this is the ONLY SB we NEED in the game. I'm actually more excited about Agrias as she seem like a huge upgrade to pretty much any knight type in the game with just one of her 2 SB's. Both and you're set. She has all the great useable's of Steiner's and she has Beatrix's 4* white magic, so if the fight actually NEEDS both Protectga ans Shellga, she can step up and help buff.
I like Steiner mostly because his second slot is so versatile since he can equip any of the 4* Spellblades, Banishing Strike, or Armor Strike dpending on the fight.
Actually wondering now if I should go ahead and pull beginner banner since I am technically +150 mythril over what I had budgeted for Tactics to get Stormlance Grimoire and add more offense to my team.
It would, between Hallowed Bolt, Blaze Rush, and SLG, allow me to not have to pull for physical SB's again until BSB.
SLG is a very attractive option for people who pulled Agrias Shield too.
Also makes you put Tyro on your team. Say no to that bullshit!
Oh yeah, not something I personally would do but I'm absolutely swimming in physical offensive SB's so I have the luxury of laughing at using Tyro as a DD. Not everyone has that option.
It actually sucks that I have to pick between them as I like most of the characters I pulled the relics for.
SLG is 4x physical Lightning hits. Agrias Shield boosts Lightning damage by 20%.
Lightning with Peacemaker SSB unlocked is the other person who makes off like a bandit from Agrias's shield.
Shield increases lightning damage.
Oh i didnt even saw the boost lightning dmg on shield
I'd imagine Tyro using a RS weapon with PP/Shout on him and Agrias Shield is probably doing 4x 9999 with breaks. It's effectively a SSB potency guaranteed pull.
I actually just realized that I have Thor's Hammer and Agrias's Shield so SLG would be ridiculously good for me if I could bring myself to use Tyro.
I haven't used Armor Strike since it dropped. What kinda numbers are we talking reasonably buffed with RS in play? Good enough to R4 or more along the lines of niche application onry.
I don't have a lot of physical SSB's for lack of trying, its just literally all my mythril has been lucky pulls and saving for Tactics.
Blaze Rush and Fated Circle are okay for multi hits, especially with Shout now, but was just thinking utility since I have SG for Tyro - but it would move him into more of a DD role and force me to use Yshtola for Wall nearly all the time. Think I'll just hold off and see how my team adjusts with the buffs I have now.
As for Armor Strike - currently I don't see any use for it. When (if?) mobs on Ultimate and + start having as high def as they do res, it possibly has use then.
Hyper_Evolve got mined on jp, along with an april 30th date, so seems Cloud will be digivolving into his new SB tier then.

Most likely yeah. Cloud is getting his MC3 in May and he needs a new weapon![]()
This shit is why I hate time mages.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...40a1554c3c.jpg
All mine are in my Fusion sword or my Lightning gun. I know its weaker than some swords but I like being able to have a strong weapon on Lightning and still hit full from the backrow.
It's honestly on par with other 4* abilities if you don't include weakness procs like with spellblades or additional effects like Lifesiphon. If you've got a good heavy armor for the chosen realm, just adding protect is likely to put you over 6k per use on more defensive things, but don't be surprised if you get 8k+ on weaker stuff. Armor Breakdown will obviously help it do more. Unless it's a fight that requires Draw Fire, I've been growing fond of this along with the light damage/dispel ability on a knight character. Scale of 1 to 10, I'd probably grade it around an 8.
