I wonder why they skipped Basch for MC2 aquisition in FF12 event? Since they swapped to the new dungeon format, the new characters have been going straight to 80 with MC releases. And with this FF8 event we are back to that again as Edea has an MC2.

I think because we were given events slightly out of order. From what I gathered, Basch will be getting his MC2 during the Gabranth event.

Doesn't matter much, because he's wrecking things at 65 for me already.

Nope, our order matches Japan's. For some reason Bash, Desch and Cait Sith were exceptions and didn't get their MC2 right away. Cait gets it one month later during the Sephiroth dress record event, Bash with gabranth and Desch just got it with the latest Hall of Rites update.

The worst part of it atm is my lack of healers, as of right now the only healer I can get EXP for is Aerith 50/65 since I just broke her cap with the Lode1 from this event, so I have a WHM that needs EXP for next Sunday at least. Hopefully, FF4 event rolls around soon though, I'll get MC1 for Tellah and MC1/2 for Porom/Palom... whichever the WHM is, lol. That will help with my lack of healer that need HP. I still need to finish Reno to 80, but now I have Zell, Edea, and Squall(used my lode2 on him) I need to level to 80 too... Trying to work through as many core dungeons as possible in between events/Sundaily. Lode1's sometimes get tricky to use though, I want to make sure I don't use one on a character who's MC1 comes from a core I haven't done yet. I still have 16 characters at level 1 I haven't had a chance to touch yet. Thank God ++ Sundaily gives a ton of eggs while farming...

I'm ~6 characters behind on breaking to 80 (just breaking, let alone the 3 im currently running from 65-80 and 2 others from 50-65) and 3 more left in the Hall of Rites (Lulu, Vanille, and Tifa). I guess I should start turning my eggs toward upping characters to 50/65 so I won't have another long list come next fest.

I'm getting to the point where I'm going to egg chars that get MC2's to 66 just so it's easier to find who needs to be leveled because keeping track is getting annoying. I wish they could add an option to sort by capped/uncapped chars.

ok, finally did the ultimate boss lineup on JP (haven't done Ult++ yet though, but I heard he's a pushover) and tested out Cloud's OSSB, for anyone that cares, it seems to have a much lower cast time then SSBs/BSSBs, not 100% sure if it was due to RS Cloud, but took the same time as a regular action, also did a bit better then my other SSBs/BSSB on the Ultimate and Ultimate ++ in terms of dmg, with my SSBs/BSSB hitting between 20-35k dmg, it was doing a pretty consistent 50k, once again, more then likely due to RS Cloud, though pushing Cloud to 99 would probably remedy this for non-synergy realms.
