She should be added whenever the next big update happens. I think it'll be around the next celebration when they add new MC2s as well so in about a month or so.

Celes and bartz are the best 2 5* spellblades

Celes will get knight in the future for Saint cross

It's more of me just not having the resources to get her leveled easy (I didn't get much time for Sunday ) and the lack of stuff for characters so I've just been sticking with stuff I have, but ya.. Celes is awesome. I don't even *have* Bartz. I guess I could memory crystal for him and level him and Celes Sunday or something.

Bartz is a strong character to have overall, especially for FFV utility. Same goes for Celes for FF6.

Celes also benefits from possibly one of the best default SB's in the game, so even if you dont have a unique SB for her she can still contribute.

Bartz has an RM that gives a chance for spellblades to trigger twice. Potential 4-hit AoE.
