Tyro selection banner Vol. 2 came out today and the 100% pickable relics are!.............................. shared SB gear! -_-. So the banner only has character relics for the initial draw and you get to pick 1 piece of shared SB gear, what a great troll DeNa, still is a good banner for synergy, but definitely gonna give it a pass since OSB fest will have more bang for buck in terms of useful relics.

Having plat sword, SG, and an h85 medica all on one banner and in the 2% drop rate section is still really friggin nice for those in need, plus 1 5* guaranteed each pull. With 3 tries available, very good chance of nailing at least 2 of the 3.

true but with OSB very near, I'd imagine we might see some relics show up that are better to use the mythril on, for example we still haven't seen what a healer/support OSB will be, could very well be a relic that eclipses Shout (doubt it greatly, but never know), plus since this banner will be here for a few months, you lose nothing waiting till OSB fest.

To be honest both Shout and SG are losing value in JP. Not only are we getting a lot more options for party att+50% (we got two different relics with similar effects within 3 events or so) but enemies are often ignoring defensive buffs making debuffs more desirable. On top of this the celebration banners will likely have one of these relics included anyway and with a bunch of better gear including 6* weapons. This shouldn't be overlooked because they are damn good, especially for realms where you're lacking sinergy. A 6* weapon with enough augments is almost on par with a sinergy weapon in terms of stats.

Elemental resistances are top priority imo, status resistances could potentially be useful. Other than that any stat boosting that isn't +30 is just not worth it (unless there's secondary stats as well).

Get element resist and death resist, they are the best. After that, any major or moderate status.

I'm planning on non thunder/fire elements, death resist mo or ma, and brutal earring for the nostalgia. Rest of the status resists I think I can handle. I estimated around 60k greens?

I didn't do White Cape, Crystal Ring or Soulfont Talisman. I think we get another Crystal Ring and Soulfont with Gilgamesh event, and I don't see White Cape as worth it.

I did grab everything that has moderate elemental resist and up. I have 8 fire resist items now.

Kuja was like the first big boss where you wanted some elemental resist but there will be more coming down the line.
