tyro's BSB certainly looks good in terms of the magic blink and being able to save ability slots on pro/shell, but it seems like wall would still be the superior defensive option, no?

They Overwrite ATK/MAG debuffs and DEF/RES debuffs, so yes it would overwrite Cleansing strike, but not Banishing Blade since its ATK/DEF debuff.

Edit: To answer your wall question, yes it is better, but if you also have SS2, Tyro's BSSB can compliment it greatly for ultimate defense.

MVP letters are out, they reveal Battle on Big Bridge starts 6/25 and BSSBfest will start around that time, first phase banner is previewed and shows Cecil BSSB, Lightning SSB, Celes SSB, and Relm SSB.

Banner 1 is potentially gonna be my go to banner depending on what the regular SBs will be, its already got FF6 and FF13 Waifu SSB as well as the sexy Pecil BSSB.

Edit: We'll also have some banners with 2 BSSBs on them as well so P1 may not even be the best banner, we won't know till tomorrow morning.

Introduces Sarah and Garland from FF1, as well as 2 leading characters for Mobius as playable characters, not to mention mythril, orbs, etc. Plus how they handle it will give us an idea of what they'll do with collabs like Dissidia and FFXI Grandmasters.

Going to say no, simply because I feel having a good AoE option for every skill category, in this case Machinist, isn't a bad thing. The poison effect is just an added bonus if mobs happen to vulnerable.

My current t5 skill set:
r3 Meteor
r3 Dark Zone
r3 Saint Cross
r3 Tornado Strike
r2 Thief's Revenge
r2 Full Break
r2 Multi Break
r2 Bio Grenade
r2 Sky Grinder
r2 Bahamut
r1 everything else we have available at the moment.

In terms of those that have seen the most play, it'd probably be FB > Meteor > SC as top tier. Everything else is pretty situational, usually an "I'll equip X to level Y" type deal. Like others, though, I'm fucking aching for wind orbs.
