Is Hyper Jump considered a Jump attack or just a physical attack?

Yes, Cid's Hyper Jump is a jump SB so it counts, same with the other jump SBs.

JP is getting showered with even more Mythril now, as a reward for FFGM collab event MP boss being killed a large number of times, everyone is getting 10 mythril, 5x of Scarletites/Adamantites and 10x Greater Growth Egg. Also as part of a reward for over 30k Tweets being done during the free stamina tweet thing, they're giving 3 mythril to everyone as well on 7/19.

As someone put it on Reddit, JP compared to Global got roughly 100ish mythril in freebies compared to what Global got since Fest.

I think there's some confusion here. Blood of the Wyvern doesn't make Jump abilities "instant", it removes jump time. As far as I know Jump SBs don't have any jump time at all so there's nothing to remove there.

The whole point of blood of the wyvern is to be comboed with the new 5* dragoon jump, which, as far as I know, completely destroys any lifesiphon + ssb combo in terms of damage output.

Yeah, the jump soul breaks are all instant use so they would have to use chainstarter. Except no drgs have cel 5 for chainstarter except tyro...
It is pretty nice that only one school is needed for blood+drg jump as opposed to two for chainstarter full charge though.
