Both are featured in the event. She was stuck at 50 in JP as well until Dissidia came around.

JP staff for FFRK has confirmed that FFT Cid will be "broken" in some way to represent how powerful an ally he was to the player when he fought with you in FFT, its unknown atm if it means he'll start at level 50/65/80 or if he'll have an innate broken SB or if his Relics will be insanely powerful if you are lucky enough to draw them.

Id have to think it would be something with his skillset or default SB.

I can see him having a really nasty Knight, Spellblade, Combat, Support, Celerity 5* skillset with some mixture of Haste/Boost/ReRaise/Heavy Regen default SB.

It being relic dependent defeats the purpose of doing something "special", and him being at level 50/65/80 isn't all that "strong" since other character can also be 50/65/80.

How? Its the perfect banner for new players to use to catch up very quickly, plus it can help people who get screwed by luck (like me in JP) get some en-element relics while shooting toward great relics, its WAY better when you compare it to Dr. Mog's Beginner Banner......

Yep Glad its like that though, I feel the ability to choose a relic with our 50 pulls is still a very good idea, cause even if you get a dud 5* with 100% 5*, you can at least get something beneficial of your choice as well.

I wanna see the selection of relics but yeah... it's a crazy banner and you can pull 3 times D: Tyro #1 was good back then, #2 was meh at best, #3 is omgwtf?!?
Can't wait for TG Cid! I bet he's gonna get an OSB, BSB and 2 SSBs right off the bat XD Broken confirmed!

Default SB gonna be OSB strength and he'll start every battle with 3 SB bars :^)

I'd say is likely his skills will be maxed at 5* with a broken SB.
