Seph BSSB is called True Masamune, 4 hit aoe, SB is called "Reunion", banner also has Zack's SSB, Vincent SSB, cait sith SB, Cid's second SB, and new Aerith SB that raises crit rate and gives magic blink, second banner has cait sith SSB called "Moogle Dance", Break Fever (possibly more potent then ability version) + high regen, paired with Yuffie SSB, Tifa's SSB and Seph enfire SB, cloud new 7 hit wind + enwind SB, barrett thunder resistance down SB.

Edit: Vincent/Tifa SSB is missing from album, but confirmed to be there, 3 SSBs per banner now seems to be the new standard (not surprised). Gonna throw all myth on banner 1, need physical SSBs bad and Vincent's SSB would make my Serah and Braska happy :D.

Oh snap, so seems like they are adding chars per event, that's alot better then what people thought, also nice troll by SE on tricking people into thinking cloud won't be added till months later.

Seph's BSSB commands are 2 hit ignore defense (:O) and 4 hit fire/non-elemental attack, curious to see how ignore defense stacks up.

how does "fire/non-elemental" work? 2 hits are fire and 2 hits are non-elemental? Not sure how something can be fire AND non-elemental at the same time otherwise.

If target is weak against fire, fire bonus applies. If strong against fire, non-elemental applies.

I need tips on who to level up next

This is my current PT and who I already have plan to replace with

Rosa 60 > Beatrix as main healer until Penelo is out next event
Krile 62 > Probably Fusoya as he's my only non capped BLM
Edge 61 > No idea
Lightning 75 > No idea
Beatrix 50 > Steiner when he get his MC2 Saturday

So atm I have 2 slots 1 to replace Edge and 1 to replace Lightning please notes that all the characters i'll list and their level can actually be leveled up

I'm looking for tip if any of these characters will be needed/useful with possible SB in the future, that I should prepare and level them up

I would say... if you lack RS gear in a realm then level those characters first so you at least get character RS bonuses. After that, I'd probably do DRK Cecil since he has a good attack rating and is caped at 80. I probably wouldn't do Red in your case, since you have Tyro and SG for support skills.

Other than that, I don;t think there is any particular order you'd need to level them in. Most of the useful ones you have leveled already.

You can leave Gau to rot for a few months. Not only is he terrible but he also won't get any relic or crystals for at least 4 months.
As for the others it's simple: are you planning to pull on any banner that will feature relics for any of them? Are those relics potentially useful? If both answers are yes then you should level them up first.
Other than that just level any character that will fill a specific role in a sinergy realm. Supports are covered with Tyro so focus on any DD that may become useful with relics you may pull or simply with sinergy gear you may have.

I went through the majority of the banners on future events page of KBP and don't remember seeing anything good for these guys. The best way to tell would be to go through the events page.

Well almost all of them have useful SBs except for Gau and Cid. Ingus has Protectga+Hastega but we may never get it considering that banner was skipped (may come back in future festivals but he's gonna be capped at 50 for a long time).
Leon's Hand of the Emperor is really good and stacks with everything, he's also getting better with Darkness skills but that will also take a while. Not sure about Beatrix but she has a really good skill set and getting one of her relics is only gonna make her better (Knights are also very good with upcoming abilities).
