Caught up with Nightmare Summon and support fights. Summon was silly with R3 Bahamut on doublecast and Rydia & Braska's SSBs. First time seeing Braska's hit 8 times.

yeah i did catch-up on the nightmare dungeons this weekend as well. summoning was pretty easy even with just 3*/4* summons (though those are all R5/R4, respectively) and hastemarch.

burnt a bit of mythril and a bunch of eggs this afternoon, kefka + delita to 80, golbez up to 76, and ovelia at 75.

Even though I don't have native Shout, I'm starting to wonder how much more valuable it would be. I'm starting to feel like I might have more damage output the way I'm doing it now with Shout on RW and a random synergy DPS on that 5th slot, instead.

Prior to getting Shout myself I managed just fine with it as RW. Even after getting it I continued to opt for RW because I got used to setting up my party for it. That and my friend list is filled with Shouts.

But having native trinity does allow for a lot of flexibility though, which is nice.

tbh i tend to RW shout more often than not now, but that's largely because i got lucky and pulled faris' BSB. if i'm running one support in an A-team/non synergy comp, i much prefer having full breakdown.

Before native shout, I had to always use Shout RW... after getting it, I've phased my RW list to mostly heals, insta-heals, SG/Keepers ( either works, since I have both ) and the occasional Ult+ damage RW.

Pretty sure it's mostly for the flexibility of being able to either increase my DPS or having even more mitigation which I wouldn't be able to do without having shout.

Trinity holder here (though I actually haven't used any of my medica mages in party since I use Tyro for the mage slot and have native SG).

I usually RW Divine Guardian if I reallly want to stack mitigation (since it stacks w/ Shell) or I go with Aetherial Pulse; get my regen and don't have to waste abil slots on tect/shell.

With heavy regen and a lot of mitigation, I haven't found myself actually needing to use or RW a medica

So I was looking at the info sheet for the dissidia event and saw it referenced Garland as a 'her'. Was that something you find out in the dissidia story? Pretty sure Garland was a 'him' in I, though I feel like I saw speculation that Sarah of Cornelia was Garland.

Typo. Garland most definitely is a he. You might be thinking of Garnet, who is most definitely a her.

he's badass enough now, once I get MM and DZ honed a few more times he's going to be unstoppable. at this rate I might have to give him my last MC2 lode, he's earned it

But we already have WoL from FF1 events, so we should only get Echo and Sarah as new characters?
