Yep. It was actually added as a special bonus in the latest FFIX event (featuring Zidane's OSB weapon which also increases the number of greens enemies drop if under sinergy bonus) and confirmed to be coming eventually. It was quite good, hopefully this daily will have similar values.

Btw runic skills got fixed in the latest update (Runic, IB and Grand Cross)

Now it will always refil non full abilities first

So 4/6 SC and 4/4 Tornado Strike, it will fill SC first
