So I'm one of those people who hoards shit and doesn't use them (i.e. Motes). Was just checking through mine today and noticed I am completely missing the Thief and Ninja motes. I know for a fact I cleared all the 5 dooms event, I even remember which fight those particular motes came from (the Red Dragon one). If I didn't vividly remember clearing that particular fight I'd just put it down to me forgetting to clear the event. So I am assuming somehow my account glitched out and never gave me the rewards for the fight after I cleared it.

Put a ticket into support but I'm so not getting those back am I...

I'd imagine they could check to see if you had mastered the dungeon and confirm you didn't spend them on anyone's sphere grid, assuming they're willing to put in the effort to investigate.

I never did get around to using the ability motes we got.

Is the best thing to do is bring 2 (or 4 for mnk and knights) chars to level 2 of each one and then dismantle the abilities you don't want?

Also will Spellblade motes work on someone like Lightning if I teach her to use 5* spellblades through record spheres?

No, they have to be natural 5* in the advanced classes.

Don't use the ability motes unless you want to use the ability or need/want to shatter them for crystals. New characters will need to be manually upgraded if you want them up.

They say their records show I didn't clear the fight. Said I only did part 1 and 2 not 3 and 4. Which is BS because I always full clear events and remember clearing it. Whatever, not like I can anything about it now but that is really going to bother my OCD

Yeah. Like I understand they have to go by what their system says but if they look at my account they'd see I'm a Day 1 player who has full cleared every single event. So the likelihood of me not clearing it is slim
