It should include every relic that debuffs at least 1 status. Dual breakdowns with MAG in them are basically the grand prize such as Vaan's burst and the various atk/mag dual breaks.

Hold on... we were supposed to get a lucky debuff and a normal banner too? Maybe they delayed the lucky like they've been delaying everything else lately.

Edit: WoFF relics apparently have a unique realm sinergy (Otherworld) instead of using the EX tag like Mana. Maybe they'll use this for certain side games and create proper realms eventually.

So since I am always second guessing myself on these things I figured I'd get some opinions.

Who to spend my next MC3 on? I have Luneth and Tyro done.

Burst characters:
Firion
P. Cecil
Bartz
Lightning

Cecil, Bartz, Lightning 99RM seem situational. Firion's would be a nice attack up without penalties for low synergy realms.

Others:
Terra - have enfire SSB + 99RM seems pretty useful
Ramza - Shout, A-team unless its a Magic fight.

Right now I am leaning towards Cecil, Firion or Ramza but I will sit here and overthink this until I have a stroke so opinions are welcome.
