Tried a random party for Ifrit U+...... learned not having shout straight up sucks in MO.

Going to try out MO tomorrow. What's the low down on what to expect? Other than don't touch pugs ever.

I cleared all the content with pickups even clearing the nails. But I brought my own shout and my final team had several bursts and healing SSBs, the highest level ifrit has ridiculous HP and no vulns. And he hits really hard without a ton of mitigation. So be picky about who you take.

I've literally carried the 160 my last couple fights. No one attacks the nail fast enough and the other members die when it explodes. For some reason I'm able to duo the last 30-40% with tyro and zidane. Not fun but it's nice when you have people spamming "well played" and "incredible" stamps at the end lol

Still haven't mastered the 160 because of the nail and deaths I need a competent party.... so many fucking gimps I mean how do you come to a 160 with leg shot lol

Yah I've noticed the gimps lol, but its just beta.. Im not missing out on 100 gil for mastery. when it starts for real I'll probably form my own parties or with my brother and make requirements like not sucking...

i just wish i had wind synergy weapons for more realms. XIV is the one narrow case where i can really get a lot of mileage out of his SSB.

i love the utility of that burst, but i hate its instant cast for the kill-shot stealing potential

It's funny because while it's a utility BSB, it's still within top 5 for DPS as well just because of the insta cast (so you can get more of them off per fight compared to other BSBs)

how's your typical experience with the game's performance? i just set up MEmu so i can give that a go the next time we try multiplayer since my aging iphone 5 isn't handling it too well. i have an i5-4460 and a GTX970, but performance hasn't been ideal, lots of sound stuttering and lag. is there anything that can be done to improve it, or a better emulator to use?

I haven't found a bad emulator yet. I get good fps, but I default to my phone because if I play on the laptop I'll never study.

Nox runs like ass for me. JP version is ok but Global is incredibly laggy most of the time.

Only thing I can think of is going into your bios and making sure virtualization is enabled as that apparently helps the android emulators a bit.

I can definitely relate to that. It seemed like a good idea for me to run Wakka's full breakdown burst in MP, only to end up having the boss full breaked immediately after every single time. When I stop bringing support, thats when nobody else brings support.

Rata and I had that happen where we both used SS/SG. I think lag contributes the most because it's hard to see in real time what everyone is bringing or casting.

Don't know if it was mentioned yet, but Reddit is saying that multiplayer fights can drop RMs. A time consuming, yet free way to work on them if you're bored enough.
