I love this game, but there are three things that annoy the everlasting piss out of me:

1: Trash mobs that either have Enpetrify, or decide to open the fight with a full HP Self-Destruct.

2: Having the menu disappear when someone uses a Soul Break.

3: Ultimate and higher bosses that randomly decide to OHKO before you get a turn in.

I love FFIX vivi to bits but FFRK vivi is so bad. I'm going to have to get him to 80 just to have 4k hp. At least they could give him Darkness for being an evil looking (maybe slightly sinister looking????) black mage?

Which is sad, I remember back in the day when he was the best BLM due to being the first that could get to 65.

Well he still has the best +MAG materia so there's that I guess lol. I suppose they could help that situation with the expanded Record Sphere system, we'll see what that's all about soon enough.
Sadly there's not much they can do to him except buffing his stats even more.

So I'm curious. Is Gaia Cross basically just.. better than Draw Fire in every situation possible unless something just resists Earth damage? I guess it'd have to be null even for it to still not be better.. esp considering my Draw Fire just has 4 charges anyway. Was thinking about upgrading Gaia Cross to use in cases where I want my P. Cecil to eat the damage to build SB.
