I don't get orb hoarding, unless we're starting to craft multiple copies.

I orb hoard but not for any reason other than 'I don't need X ability' or 'I don't need to hone anything higher'. Right now I have ~35-50 of every Major Orb, 60-140 of each Greater and 350-400 of each 3* orb. Which are essentially all random drops or clearing rewards.

It's probably just me but everyone seems to get more excited about orbfests than me. Outside of 1 orb for my initial Full Break, I have never bothered farming dailies or tried to milk an orbfest.

Everyone seems to be way more enthusiastic about trying to hone shit than me. I mean look at my R5 and R4 abilities.

My R5 abilities (No this is not a joke)
Full Break R1
Flashing Blade R1

My R4 abilities that are honed to R3 or higher
Curaja R4
Waterja R4
Lifesiphon R4
Lifesiphon R3
Ruinga R3
Firaga Strike R3
Magic Breakdown R3
Dismissal R3
Fire Blossom R3

And I have had zero issues mastering all Ultimates.

Yeah I don't go on obscene mythril reset binges for orbfests. I don't really get the people who plan a certain number of resets. I don't usually have issues honing the abilities I want just doing it regularly with maybe 1 or 2 reset.

Apparently dates got mined in jp version that hints at a major change coming to RK (will probably be addressed in the live stream coming up), but people are speculating it could be a multi-player function since DeNa is doing a closed beta testing for the upcoming feature (my money is on long awaited blue magic).

I think part of the mythril resets on the orbfests though are due to the increased EXP during orbfests. Gives you a good way to horde up orbs you need (god knows I still need black and power), and level up all your non A team party members as well so they are ready if you get gear for them.

Resets are only worth it if you're still behind schedule or you need certain abilities crafted right now imo. I still need to level a bunch of characters to 65 cap but most of them will be done by doing the orbfest with no resets (unless EXP values are going to be terrible again).

Well I still got one more Ja spell to go from rank 3 to 4 so I have them all at 4, then I need to get at least one spellblade version of each up to rank 4 as well. I also got Meatballs that hasn't even been crafted yet, and summons I want to get to rank 4-5 for when they fix them to do multiple hits.

Firion > Edward > ingus > egg

As for mc2 outside of Locke and Bartz still no idea, tifa doesn't interest me since I rarely use monk and already have galuf rm

We should be getting 3 at the same time so you can just pick them all right away. Firion should be top priority yeah, we get his MC2 very soon and I have his axe... maybe his SB won't be that bad with Tifa's boost and Armor Breakdown.

Firion is also needed for minwuu ++

And I heard we get 1 character lode per day for 3 days then 3 days of mc1 then 3 days of mc2

Don't pick up firion MC from HoR, we get it in the Minwu event in a few days.

If you are a old player you only have 3 mc1 to get ingus firion and Edward

So just get firion now to level him before minwuu and get the egg from the minwuu event

As for me I won't start minwuu till orb phase3 so hor is a better option to get him as close as 65 as possible
