Yeah! I don't plan on spending mythril outside of a couple stamina refreshes to farm these orbs. What's the best way to do that btw? Do the full 60 cost run or the first fight and leave?

Damn. That really does make things more difficult...

...or since I missed RedXIII MC2, then 7 starred his SSB comb, and really like Vanille/Aerith combo, it makes my choice of RedXIII/Vanielle/Aerith really easy.

Eventually we'll be drowning in MC2 lodes so you will be able to get them all from the Hall but yeah, right now you have to make a choice. If you're planning to pull in the SSB banners wait and see who you get relics for.

Do the full 60 run. People figured out that if you get the 5x cactaurs, depending on which stage it is, those cactaurs will not drop a specific orb. If I read it right, stage 1 5x cactaurs will not drop a black unless it's a 4*, second stage won't drop dark, third stage lightning. So if you do all 3 stages, it will balance out on average and you also get the extra gil.

My results from 5100 stamina in P1 so far (not including first time completion rewards):

190 Greater Orbs (51 Black, 78 Lightning, 61 Dark)
22 Major Orbs (5 Black, 8 Lightning, 9 Dark)

Comes out to 26.8 stamina per Greater and 231.8 stamina per Major.

i don't know if it's just random variance but i have had a fuckton of cactuar pops of all varieties this time around compared to the last orbfest. hit a fair few stages with 3x cactuars, and i've seen 2 gigantuars so far as well, versus zero in the last one. only using natural stamina regen, haven't blown any mythril on resets thus far since i really need to save for the upcoming banners, i have fuck all for unique SB's and no SSB/BSSB.

which i guess is nice because i have 0 5* abilities, very few 4*, and my highest character is garnet at 60 atm.

Most of my 4* comes from trash of small cactus

Log into the JP App store using the JP account you had to have created to download it, Hit the far right button on the bottom of the screen, which is updates, and click "Update" next to the FFRK image.

Yeah just realized I could try QooApp to see if it will update it, don't know why it doesn't auto update like global.

Edit: Updated, ty to all that helped, first time i've ever had to do this and doesn't help that it won't let you update, had to reinstall Qooapp and delete other apps (2 gigs free and it still claims no space unless I delete apps) to go onto the jp page and update it.

Bah, Cid Raines is a blm with support4, mnk3, whm3, blm5, drk5, also raines, lightning and hope get record dive and lightning can gain spellblade 5 through record dive.

4 Majors so far here too (1 MBO, 2 MDO, 1 MLO). Seem to be getting a lot of Greaters just from random mobs. Granted I've never really spammed orbfests to know drop rates but I seem to be getting a lot more Greaters than in previous orbfests.

I think I'm putting core on standby until Springfest is over and I'm just gonna spam this for awhile. Already got a ton of orbs and finished quite a few people to 65. Just get gonna keep burning people up/farming orbs until it's over since I need hones bad.
