Between Memento, Cure and Stoneskin my yshotla was too busy to ever do anything else. I didn't really miss her damage.

I had opportunity for Diaga maybe 2-3 times but meh.

My white mages were also too busy to contribute to damage. I'd stick Dismiss on Thancred or make Tyro your ninja, and bring a second white mage for AoE heal with an LH RM, stick Memento on Selphie and Cure on the other mage (make it Vanille or another RDM or someone who has dual purpose so they have something to do).

Steiner can dispel with Banishing Strike.

went with a normal setup a couple times, could get close but would always have a second person dead towards the end

exited, re-entered with a full retaliate strat, easy mastery, NO RAGRETS

First time used healing grimoire yesterday, got expert, this time went with Emerald Light, only had to SL once, got mastery.

Zell has burning rave, which is why I brought him (fuck yeah +30% att), used lifesiphon to build SBs, then had steiner emerald light and garnet curaja and tyro use SG right after first Climhazzard, then used burning rave and dismissal spammed on zell while tyro kept up debuffs and seph spammed black materia.

There was like no RNG here. Then again I used Draw Fire on P. Cecil and she only has a total of 2 moves which ignore it.

Here is my setup and a small guide of how I did it (for those with cheap equipment synergy like me) sorry for no picture

Setup
Zidane lv 65 Steal Power R3, Dissmissal R4 and Soldier's Strike RM
Steiner lv 68 Armor Strike + Banish Blade R4 Pride of the Red wings RM
Tyro lv 80 Full Break R2 + Shadowstrike (the sap) R4 + Mako's Might
Selphie lv 65 abilities CuragaR5 + Protectga R1 Dr. Mog's Teaching
Rinoa lv 80 Abilities Blizzaja R4 + Memento (AOE regen) R3 Devotion.
RW BOON

Strategy was pretty simple

Round 1 Zidane Steal Power, Steiner Banish Blade, Tyro RW, Selphie Protectga, Rinoa Memento
Round 2 till First Clim Zidane Dissmissal, Steiner Armor Strike Tyro Sap then if it lands, Full break, Selphie AA and Rinoa Blizzaja
When she got close to clim I started casting Trabia Light + SG, and pushed her with DPS (tried to Stun her with dissmissal)
After Clim it was important to keep Full break + Steal Power up, and Rinoa stood on available until Beatrix moved, for either Blizzaja or Memento.

My issues weren't RNG but mostly me beeing shitty at when SG fell off, and people dying of Stock Break DMG

Finally mastered, never doing that again! Had to beat it 3 times. First 2 I just raged after double Stock or something and finished with expert.
