this isn't ER it's oral surgery i can't do it up front and worry about a bill later they wouldn't do a procedure like this on me unless i paid first. Tooth is so far gone it needs to cut the gum and stitch it up you can't just pull it it's too bitter and it'd just shatter while trying to pull it

I would still apply. You might qualify for other resources. Doesn't cost you anything but 30min. There are resources for you, just takes a little diligence. A lot of dentist schools will help you out too by letting the students practice on you.

A decaying bone is not it homey. Do try and do something about it

I have applied and been denied several times. and my tooth is too far gone for dental schools i need an oral surgeon not a dentist. dental schools (in my area) offer simple extraction, cleanings, etc at a discount, but not oral surgery. your suggestion would have worked 5 years ago (yeah i sit on this for a while) but not now

Dude, never mind the tooth decay, untreated abscesses greatly increase your risk for heart disease. Go to a free clinic in your area and get it treated.

i been running this tooth for over 5 years; maye 8 or 9 now. the "free" climincis now are all sliding scales and they do simple extractions not surgical the prodedure i need they don't even offer i waited too long

to be fair i'm not living to be 100 regardless i've been hit 8 times in the county with the highest death rate per capita for cyclists, i drink like a line cook, and this tooth i'm just curious at this point which kills me first it's a race and i kinda wanna see the winner

You have a higher risk of dying from endocarditis than antibiotics giving you problems.

I can tell you guys. Medicare/Medicaid does NOT cover tooth care in most states X_X. And medicare only covers it if they have to deal with it b/c of another problem.

Georgia has a list of free or reduced price clinics but that's Georgia..I wish they'd just cover the teeth. I had to go well out of my way to get one tooth pulled X_X. Creme; I'd do some investigating and see if there's such a list over there. Maybe there's a dental school down there that could pull that rotten thing.

Man, so i've reached out to dozen different endos in San Diego area, none accepting new peeps till February/March. Still can't reach my main endo and my PCP is being bitchy about doing a script for test and told me "Well I want you to see an endo".....yeah no fucking shit. I just can't right now lol. I'm not just dropping seeing an Endo completely, just need a new one!

So guess it's the bodybuilder hookup train and Test cyp from Mexico for me for a bit. At least if need be I could easily pop over to TJ to get some too if needed. CA apparently has some new rules about getting scripts from outside state for test to be filled in state.

Is your previous Endo hard to get a hold of (because they're super busy), going out of business, or ghosting you? It doesn't make any sense.

Y'all, testosterone doesn't just tank in your 30s. Not for everyone.

There's a reason it's said "don't just randomly start taking it" because your brain is really good about making even less of it.

No idea, he's old and his assistant is old too (like at least in their 70s) so I'm hoping it's just they're both on vacation and didn't set up a voicemail response or something but 2+weeks now and nothing....wondering if something happened.

My test was 210 when I got it looked into back when I was 36-37 and had it looked at with a few blood tests and it never budged. So yeah while it's not common sometimes it does happen. My endo didn't see anything super wrong with any of my bloodwork to point to a reason why it was tanked so low. My free T was at a decent level but total was tanked hardcore and they summed it up as "Seems like your brain is telling your body to make it, but pituitary gland is like 'lol nah'"

I ordered some test kit to verify what I got and still looking for an endo to replace the current one. PCP is not wanting to script the test since it's a controlled substance which sucks but I get it. If he's afraid i'm trying to get it from him and my endo though that would be funny, I already know the system will flag you if you're trying to fill from multiple doctors. My endo back in NM told me a story of one patient who tried that just to score 'legal' roids.

Mine I think was around that range and my primary was like, that's normal.

It's also Kaiser, so unless I want to go out of pocket or the illegal route, I'm stuck lol.

It's only not that much $$. 3 vials of 1mL test 200mg cyp from pharmacy ran me about $20-50 depending where/when.

If you're 80-90 that's normal sure lol. The range is pretty bad because it takes men from 18 to 90 and then ranges it from like 220 - 1200 or 900. Depending on the scales you use. Being at low 200s when you're in your 20s/30s or even 40s is not ideal. If you're feeling at all lethargic, depressed, not getting hard in the morning, etc etc they are all signs of low T. Obviously there's lots of other issues that could be there too but if you are feel lousy in some way and then shows your T is that low...well that's probably a good starting point to build off of. Checking that, your thyroid etc and then once you're on it doing a full blood panel every 6 months to keep track of your red blood cell count, estrogen, lipids, blood pressure etc etc.
