Everyone has a smartphone. People new to franchise will have to buy a new DS because they more than likely wont have one. And Plenty are probably turned off/satisfied with just Go.

If the NX schema has true portability, it stands to reason that Nintendo has already projected/engineered a plummet in 3DS hardware sales. The push for a March 2017 launch window doesn't seem so dimwitted when you factor the release of their 6 year-old handheld's last hurrah into the equation. With Pokemon back in the zeitgeist due to GO's unexpected popularity, Sun & Moon are in the running to be among the holiday's most killer apps.

This, and Nintendo may not care about 3DS sales anymore because it is due a true successor. For all we know there will be a mobile NX, a console NX, and a bundle with both.

I am excite about aloha version of Vulpix/Ninetails! I always wished there was an ice type fox pokemon but didn't have much hope for one since there's already 3 different fox-type pokemon these days. This is an interesting work around. Igloo Sandshrew is super cute too.

Dat Vulpix/Ninetales. Not sure about the Fairy typing as it's a bit odd, but an Ice Fox is so yes in my book. I loved Shiny Ninetales for the coloration, and now I have an easily obtainable coloring that is more my element? Cha-ching.

None of the Pokemon have really gotten me excited so far.. until now. Funny that they're just recolored Gen 1s that did it. I'd love an Ice or Water type cat now. A COOL looking one. No more of that fucking Purrugly and Delcatty shit.

There are still tons of people like me that have a Smartphone but still can't play GO because its not the "right" type of Smartphone, so they suffer the same problem for alot of people in regards to having to buy a new Smartphone in order to play GO.

We were shopping around for a new 3DS recently and nearly all the stores that carry them in our area were sold out or nearly sold out. Clerks were surprised they were selling so many recently. Pogo definitely spiked 3DS sales.

Even if 3DS sales take a hit, this doesn't mean 100% NX = 3DS BC, thats just random speculation based off the fact that the NX is a hybrid Console/Handheld, until we know more about the NX, thats still a big assumption.

I can see it being Fire/Dark instead of Fire/Fighting. Would be interesting for a Dark type pokemon to have some Fighting type moves mixed in. I can see Rowlet ending up as Grass/Dark though too.

That immediately came to mind as soon as I saw that palm tree was dragon type. It's not a crazy theory at all, especially considering one of the pokemon is essentially a mangosteen.

I swear to god if its Fire/Fightning I'm going to send an incredibly harshly worded letter to Game Freak over their continuing rape of Fire starters , and then probably pick the grass starter like I do in every single Pokemon game (This one being the only time I considered a fire starter but not with that final evolution)

That aside if that leak is real that final evolution of the fire starter looks so fucking retarded, it goes from what looks like a little fire cat into a goddamn Furry Machoke, I dont even want to see the mid ground for that. Get your shit together, all of it.
