Try the Secret Forrest; dunno which one you're missing though, but there are a few forage items you get from there.

Also, some items don't become common until certain days, in the month, then go back to being scarce soon after.
You get common mushrooms every day if you choose to set up mushrooms in your farm's cave when asked by Robin's husband. There is a prereq to hit before he will give you the choice between setting up mushrooms or fruit bats, I don't remember what it is but you can get it fairly quick in the game. I chose mushrooms but it's also really easy to farm them yourself by foraging. The secret woods has them all the time in autumn. If you haven't gotten in there yet, you should work towards it because it's a really useful place.
I think it must be possible to get mushrooms by foraging outside those woods as well, but I don't specifically remember picking up any outside it. As was mentioned, it's supposedly (either the hints TV show or one of the buried books tells you this at one point) better foraging if you clear out trees and other debris from the common foraging areas ie the large forested area around the wizard's place and down by the sewer grate/hat shop.
Foraging is really fun. In summer and fall there are berry seasons, the TV show tells you when berry season has started. I took the foraging+ bonus when I got enough rank and ate a foraging+ food and hit every salmonberry bush on the map over the 2 or 3 days they were up, ended up with something like 400 salmonberries.
NW corner of the forest, North of the wizards house. There's a large tree log blocking the entrance.
Also, everyone needs to go on concerned apes twitter and hop on the Shane train.
Also don't forget to check the Goro train on Fridays and Sundays for either your Common Mushroom or Fall Seeds.
All I have left is some fishing.
Yeah, I got iridium from omnigeode, can't recall if I had gotten it from other geodes from the normal mines too. But you can rarely get it from normal mines, it's probably not worth trying to farm there with how rare it is though.
Well, I didn't get the bus repaired, so it was really my only option for the time being.
Quarry was great on Day 1. Since then it's been worthless. The wiki says you should tend to it every day to make sure it doesn't prevent things from spawning, but honestly I feel like I ought to just leave it a week at a time.
I also used the quarry day one and haven't gone back. No real reason to.
Still not sick of this game even though a lot of the familiarity and routine has set in. I keep returning to it to pick away at it for an hour or two (and I haven't made that much progress relative to a lot of other players).
Wtf Jodi, I hope there are Epipens in Stardew Valley.

That's some dark shit.
I didn't get the iridium ore thing from Grandpa. No idea what I missed.
